Default Is PHP code encoded or is source available?

I see that Zend Optimizer is required for installation -- is this because the PHP code is encrypted, or is it distributed as modifiable source?

Also, the license states that links back to vShare and Buyscripts.in are required -- what if the scripts are running on an intranet? Is there a license or option to remove these requirements?

    Thanks.

    vShare 2 is Zend Encoded.

You need to put a link back to buyscripts.in, if you look software like photopost, invision board, phpbb, etc... they all need a link back. Most users don't have problem with linking back.

Linking to our site help us to get more sales and we will be able to spend more time and efforts on adding new features to vshare.

I understand your position, however linking to your site(s) from a corporate INTRANET is not going to generate more sales. In fact, due to some corporate policies that prohibit external links from the intranet, it makes the use of your product impossible.

You might want to consider a license (at a higher cost, of course) that permits the removal of these linking requirements.

You might also consider a license that offers unencoded scripts so they may be further customized for a particular use.

    Thank you.

You say files are encoded... Does this include the templates?

Being able to edit templates is a must for us.

Also, second the notion of a license which would allow copyright removal.

Templates are not encoded, so you will able to modify it.

You should keep the "Powered by link" at bottom of the site.

Why should I keep that link if I'm willing to pay for copyright removal?

It's absolutely silly to force people to use it... I'll happily go pay $60 for another script design that gives me the freedom to remove the "Powered by" link.

You have a good thing going, don't mess it up now.

Ok, you can pay $15 for "powered by" link removal.

Awesome... $10 for the script, and $15 for the copyright removal.

$25 total... I'll buy a copy of the script in a week or two, after most of the bugs have been worked out.

Can you add the $25 option to the script purchase page?

Okay, I'm anxious now... When might we see the $25 purchase link?
