error after uploading

Based on your debug, it appears as though you are running on an older version of mencoder. You may need to open up your video_conversion.php file (include\settings) and comment out the line for the latest version of mplayer and uncomment out the line for the older version of mplayer. This should fix the problem. Older versions of mplayer have a problem with b-frames. Whenever you execute the command, you have to specify (certify as mplayer calls it) that your video does not contain b-frames. Newer version of mplayer do not require this.

Do what I stated in my other post. Open up the video_conversion.php file, comment out the line for the new mplayer and uncomment out the line for the old mplayer. Then reupload that file. Then, give it a try.
