You need to increase your max file upload size in your php.ini file. Follow the settings located at:

    Custom vShare Modules and Services

Now, your visitors can watch videos on your site using their mobile or tablet device with the Mobility Mod for vShare 2.8!

The php.ini file is unique to your installation. You need to edit your main php.ini file, not create a new one. Are you on a shared host or your own server?

This error suggests that your ffmpeg_php installation was not installed with GD support. You will need to have your host make sure that GD2 is installed on the server.
