I dont know if anyone can help me, but I want to know what you would charge for advertising on a video site with say 120 000 hits a month. eg a text ad on the front page or other pages.

I think it really depends on what You have, how often You update, and sources of Your traffic. Some sites with 5K daily visitors can made much better than 25K sites :)

Well the site is SAClips.com, but someone is inquiring to have a text ad on the site but I'm not sure how you work out the costs. The visiters are international, but the high usage is mainly US, UK and South Africa. I was more thinking about the video right ad and the home right ad. Just small text ads. I update maybe once or twice a week as well.
