problem with logging in admin,and can't show video

when i try to log in admin.php so i get this message.

and now i can show thumbail, but after i upload video, so i can't show video.
and my host fixed mencoder, so what is the problem now.

did you do instalation yourself?
as I see from videos you have hostonnet there uploaded video, so I assume you used hostonnet for instalation, so address to them they will fix it.

It is some problem in loading ffmpeg.so, that is ffmpeg-php not working properly.
