Bug in "new vid " section
After spending days trying to figure out what's wrong with the incorrect character display on the first page under "new video section" where all the other areas and pages of the site characters are display corectly. In my case it has nothing do with the sql which is already configure to UTF8. I also tried dumping and reimporting in mysql, checking files that none are in Latin1 plus many other methods all yield the same result. My hosting provider support (after all the hassle from me) were finally able to narrow down the problem and confirmed that the error was in the script itself containing a bug. Obviously they don't know where it is. So can you please look into this as I'm sure there also others out there that sooner or later will be running into the same problem.
