Problem with Bulk Import from youtube

I have a real problem with the bulk import from youtube.

When i import a video, the download starts it's seems to be complete, it converts the video correctly but when i play the video, it usually stops at 30% approximately....
i tested many times.
for example when i download YouTube - ‪Haitham Sa'eid - Homma Malhom / ???? ???? - ??? ????? ???? ?? ???‬‎
i get a 9.1 Mo file on video folder

the duration is 4.14 minutes ... but when i play it stops at 1.26 minutes

the convert is done correctly.

Did have any explanation.

At the end of the cron.php
I get this error almost every time

with firefox i get :

i think that i resolved the problem by using the cronjob commands through cpanel, it seems to be perfect now.
