User rating and comments connection failed

I try to rate user and post comments at user profile and I get this message "connection failed". but when i renew teh page the cromment and rating has been posted.

Sounds as though your Ajax comment and rating system is not properly posting the data. Refreshing the page causes your browser to post the data which is why it shows up when you refresh the page. What browser are you using when you get the error?

Then it is definitely a posting issue with the ajax code. Have you changed any of the Ajax php files on your site?
