First check the process queue and see status of video. If it says converted and is not available on your web site, it should be waiting for approval.

Check the video is approve link and see if video is there, if yes, just approve.

You can set "Auto Approve" in Admin > Settings

Some of our initial release, it was set to NO by default. So video will not show on site untill admin approve it.

    Default I found a problem

The videos at queue say "download error".
    Perhaps YouTube blocked something.

Youtube changed its code, so import from youtube will not work until there is a way to get video source url from youtube.

Default Tip (can help) for youtube videos

    Hello
You can do the following, (a little work while youtube code is known).
There's a German software, (visit http://www.ashampoo.com) for free that can search and download YTube videos in flv format to your computer. ClipFinder is freeware (you can expect a lot of ashampoo emails after register :-) )
Works with many major video portals.
With this tool you can download the video and after that uploading it to the folder (create it) "import" under templates_c
After you ftp the file go to admin, import folder, and the rest is piece of cake.
    Hope it helps.
    Regards
    Daniel

I've creaed the cron -- but in the "username" portion of the script:
    /usr/bin/php -q /home/username/public_html/cron.php

Am I to put the username of the vhsare user I want to post the cids to.. or is this my cpanel username? Also,,, when it sends "where do you want emails sent" , and you have "video" -- Am I to put "video" there as u have or my real email address?

The mail thing is not needed, it just send out email with cronjob output to your email. If you need, put your email address on the text box.
