So i extract the vshare upgrade to my computer or upload that file to my server?

You can select that file from your computer from within PHPMyadmin.

Just like you would upload any file..

No, that little script just adds some to the database.

Yeah i did that url and have gone through this post, but i cant login get errors, in the myadmin part it has this

Ok, that just means you already ran the .sql file. No worries.

About the other login problem....Guess Admin needs to help you there...
