Cant see videos

I had a guy write to me and say that even though he has flash installed, he can't see the videos for some reason. This seems like an odd problem to me. No one else I know has any problems. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this guy trouble? I presume that if he has problems, there is potential for others to have the same problem, so I would like to get it resolved.
