Default Upload says "The document contains no data"

just loaded the software and tried to upload a test video.
when Upload Video button pushed, says "The document contains no data" in Netscape - Firefox says "The connection was reset"
IE says attempt to load http://www.westersilver.org/upload.php failed.
FTPed the same file you can see it at:

    http://www.westernsilver.org/test.mov

    What might be wrong?
    Can anyone help?

A good thing to try is to upload all files in binary mode.

if that doesnt work check your http://www.yoursitenamehere.com/phpinfo.php

and see what your upload limits and cgi settings are

Unsupported codec (id=0) for input stream #0.0
You don't have fmpeg installed with all supported codec. You need to install ffmpeg with following configuration option

    ./configure --enable-shared --enable-xvid --enable-libvorbis --enable-libogg --enable-libmp3lame --enable-gpl --enable-libfaac --enable-libfaad --enable-liba52
