Videos not uploading...

Maybe I'm missing something, but I tried converting videos from youtube to, then tried uploading a short/ small video manually, and nothing is uploading. I have not gotten any errors that I've seen.

Would anyone have any ideas? Just purchased this yesterday and been working not stop installing all of the requirements this needs, so you could probably see why I'm a little frustrated.

Login to admin area = > Video Processing => Process Queue = > check status of the uploaded video

Just set it up now...
When I go to convert an uploaded video, I get the following error:

STARTING VIDEO CONVERSION (process_queue.id = 11)

File: /home/--username--/public_html/--sitename--.com/video/ea9cfc26042b29c679903cc186f3dbaf_1.avi

$file_extn = avi

SELECT * FROM `videos` WHERE `video_id`=2

And YouTube videos still don't convert it seems like, though again, not sure how long it takes.
