domain changing

i need to chage my domain name
so how can i get all the existing users and there data to my new domain address ... will backup and restoring the database.will work in my case .
and tranfering videos to the respective folder will work ?

Yes, just copy all files to new domain. edit include/config.php and change url to new url.
