Reason to make user to add videos

It will be a good idea to add his username inside the video with the subtitle plugin ( e.g. for the first 15 sec will show << video by username >>. This will make him more interesting to add videos to site.

I do not have the time and i'm not good with PHP to do something like this. If someone know pleas post it.
