I want to buy the vshare script, however I want to make sure first that I will be able to create what I had planned. I want to create porn tube type and I was wondering if anyone can help me?

Do I need a license since it's porn? Which hosting company do you guys recommend? Do you guys pay other websites to have their content on your website?

If by license you mean do you have to pay for anything extra outside of vShare, the answer is no. You do not need anything special from vShare to setup an adult site. Keep in mind that I'm only referring to vShare. If your country requires you to have a license to run an adult site/business, you'll need to acquire whatever you need from them.

None. I recommend that you get your own server. Preferribly, one that provides you unmetered bandwidth and plenty of space.

No. It's the other way around. Content providers pay me to have their content on my site.

Maybe License was the wrong term. What I meant was, do I need permission from government to run an adult site? For example, do I need to provide an ID that Im over 18+? I am located in the U.S

I saw some porn site from members here. How do you guys "steal" videos from pornhub and have it on ur site? Is this legal? Did you say you get paid for doing this?

In the US, for a tube site, no there isn't anything special that you need to do.

As for getting videos from other sites, that is done by embedding their videos. You can do this legally as the sites provide the embed codes for you to use. You just have to visit whatever site it is and get the codes. You normally DO NOT get paid to do this.

What I was referring to is that, depending on your site, companies will pay you to host their videos. For a tube site owner, you should never pay people to put videos up. People should pay you to put videos up.
