unable to add topic vshare2.7

Although I have created many groups there appears to be no link to 'Add topic'...how can we create a topic in groups..for vshare 2.7

You can't create topics in groups. The topic section has removed from vshare version 2.7

Not quite. You still find a link pointing to groups with the most topics ...
Plus: there is still a rewrite rule in the htacces that has /topics/ in it and all used files are still there. It only doesn't work anymore ...
