cannot download .wmv video

Hello,
I installed 2.6 version. It works fine, except the download of video. If I click on "download" (example site.com/video/example.wmv) it returns the following:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /video/example.wmv on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I tried to put an empty .htaccess in this directory or a index.php blank page in /video/ directory but nothing changed.
What could be?

Make 777 permission to video folder and rename the.htacess file in the video folder
