I also get his when using MPLAYER!

Hi,
I tried to embed videos in admin panel but thumbnail is not working.
adding url feature is also not working over there.
Could anyone help me how to sort this out .

If you are using Add FLV/Embed function in vShare admin area , you need to upload image from your computer or url

I uploaded image from computer but still showing as blank thumnail not picture.
If not uploaded, nothing showing
