Grrrr Urgent help please re youtube import

Hi guys im trying to set up a site but when in admin i try to upload/import a video from youtube it just sits in the process queue forever and does nothing....

Anyone explain how i can fix this in really EASY steps please

You will probably have to open a support ticket to get the fix. It will probably be included in 2.8.2 when it is released (bug fix release).
