video's dont upload

I installed the software today but when i upload a video on chrome it opens a i frame with my homepage on it
and on IE i get 500 error.

Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix?

My test install is at think-porn.com/think1 and nothing has been changed after fresh install

I have also opened a ticket with my host in case it is a problem at there end

Problem at my host's end they sorted it now,..
