Upload size & Hosting

HI,
I would like to know something about uploading.

If you're using an hosting service it usually allows client to have a little size for uploading...so is that script raccomended for dedicated servers?

Anyway does the upload work via http or there's another way to escape these limits?

Best thing to get is a vps.

Vps can be cheaper than a dedicated and offers you more resources.

I wouldn't waste my time loading the vshare on a shared hosting account. You'll out grow it.
