Add it in yourself and chmod it to 777

Can add it through the file manager in CPANEL

Did you approve it via the admin panel?

(I had the same problem with Videos from before the upgrade)

I had problems uploading videos and converting also.

I changed the line
$cmd_mencoder = "$config[mencoder] '$video_src' -o $video_flv -of lavf -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:br=56 -ovc lavc -lavcopts...

If needed I can install for $10 or you can always switch to a host that has it installed...
