Trying to import flv videos from another site. I put in the URL and filled in all the information required. Then it did import it to the video directory and it is there. BUT, it does not show up...

Finally got this working. The problem was because I did not have the latest ffmpeg version. I had 4.2 on my server and the latest was 5.x. Had them upgrade to the latest and bingo all it good. ...

What about the support here. Where is the official support by the company?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have been with the host for a long time with many domains there so would not be feasible to change host. Just want to get the problem fixed. :)
