IF I may, I would do a couple things

1. Logo (Definitely would improve)

2. The layout is very simple and basic (Post in the template modification and pay the money to get it designed. The guys on here do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

3. Definitely start adding lots of content

My suggestions, take them for what they are worth.
