i saw ur site i think first you change the headder image size its width is to big.The site width is just 780px your image width is 946px.Oher wise you can change the width of your web site

the 'videos being watched right now" is a freebie available in the templates section.

The white bar on the right side (between the videos and the other boxes) can be eliminated in right.tpl, look for the cell that is 7px and colored FFFFFF, just remove the color (this is one of my pet peeves with the templates).

Thanks to everyone for looking at my site, I really want to have a forum any ideas on the easiest way to go about this?

There is currently no bridges (a thing that will share the databases between 2 scripts) for any forums with vShare at the moment (see all the threads in the "feature request" section and other areas of these forums). Only way to do it is to just install a message board of your choice and then put a link to the forums on your vShare site. Only draw-back is since there's no bridge, your members will have to register and login a second time.
