Spectacular looking vids, but even at my speed of 8.5Mbps (I tested after watching) I was waiting for load and getting interrupted a couple times even at 1000. Worked fine at 600 most of the time, 800 was iffy, 1500 tried my patience, and 2500 was useless.
I think if there wasn't another 35 sites on the server that you may have better throughput, but then again, Maybe it's just because it's late in the evening and every kid and his dog is online clogging things up.

BTW, are you planning on releasing the coding or can it only be used on your servers?
