At the moment fully compliant with Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, IE>6 (little bug for IEs not diplaying flash homepage animation).

Not at all!! I did it completely from the start. Only after they developed this!
I took only the idea directly from Facebook about the menu...
(yes I understood is not you site, I was directed to the owner)
