Embedded Videos Don't Count
Thanks for giving us a choice between iframe and embedded objects in version 2.4. This was a great addition, and I'm pleased to see it.
The problem with it is that if you embed as an object, which is needed for MySpace, and a person plays the video, that play does not count towards the total play count or the recently viewed list.
IFrame works perfect - if you use an iFrame embed and someone plays it, the counter for views increases and the video is moved to the recently played list. But if you use the object embed, which is required for most sites, it doesn't happen, so there's no way to really know how many time it has been played.
I'm not sure if there is an easy fix for this or not, but I at least wanted to cover it for future consideration.
Other than that, this feature is fantastic. :)
