New Database Items

When one uploads a new video and there is a form there with the channels and such is there a way I could put more things in the form so that the upload could specify some different things in the video. That effects the database correct?
The types of things I would want to put would be like below.

-Ship types involved
-Corporations involved
-Alliances involved
-Type of combat (PvE, solo PvP, small gang PvP, fleet PvP, POS warfare, etcetera)
-Region filmed

Oh and these could be not required fields so they could be left blank if the user wanted.
