php.ini file enables you to modify default php installations in server.Contact you webhosting company to do this

Have full root access and have found it myself just didn't know where to look thanks for your help on that.

Now when uploading videos it says after upload Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: ffmpeg_movie in /home/simplyvi/public_html/include/functions_upload.php on line 174.
There isn't any line 174 and I look at the downloaded file it only go's upto 88?
