chmod 755 the .pl file located in your CGI-BIN. Whenever you overwrite that file, you'll have to set the permissions back on it.

It is the ubr_upload.pl file. Also, make sure that the temp cache path inside of that file matches the path to your templates_c directory.

ubr_upload.pl is set to 755, and to make things easy here is a a link to a copy of the file http://heyahey.com/vshare_forum/ubr_upload.rar

Please let me know if the changes are correct?

I thank you so much that you're trying to help.

It seems the path in ubr_upload.pl is wrong.

You need to set the path same as follows

    /home/cPanel username/public_html/templates_c/
