When i Try To Delete Member Package But Having Error, when after created a new member package, if i want to delete it, it will having error or bug, the error show below :

Fatal error: Call to a member function execute() on a non-object in /home/tubeguru/public_html/admin/packages.php on line 15

But this file: packages.php is coded by zend, i have purchase for the script, so please help out to fix the bugs. Thanks.
