Default Error When I Convert an Imported Video

When I am trying to import a video from YouTube, I get the following error during the conversion phase -
Fatal error: Call to a member function getDuration() on a non-object in /home/thecosme/public_html/include/classes/class.video_duration.php on line 55
I have installed the YouTube fix but still getting this error.

i have started getting the same error. I get the feeling it is the host in the never ending upgrading and changing. Is this on Apt? I am not sure the file is even being downloaded.

Admin, it looks like no file downloads from YouTube. Therefore there is nothing for a file to work on. I do not have files set to delete and I find there is no file downloaded to the flv dir. Where would the issue be? Youtube or the new php calls for the download?
