Minimum TAG length

For some reason I can't add a tag that is 3 letters or less, but
I have seen some vshare sites that are able to.
If I use a 3 letter tag, I get the following:

Upload: Please provide tag(s).

BUT, This only happens if I use only ONE tag of 3 letters,
if I use TWO 3 letter tags, then it works fine.

Is there a place to modify this, because I cant find it, or
is this a bug?

I'm having the same problem except I get the error...

Please enter tags with minimum 4 character.


How can I change this to 2 or 3 minimum ?
