Setting cronjob for batch video processing

Is it required that I set a cron job if I am just having people uploading videos?

when it finishes converting the video sits in inactive videos i have to manualy activate it why my settings are on auto approve dont understand i want auto approve working so i dont have to come to control panle and do it thats head ake
please someone am relying on ur tips please help

You need to set cronjob for batch mode video processing and video import feature to work.
