Video Upload Problem

Hello all, I have installed vshare script on http://www.freakwatchers.com recently and i manage to install the script ok (i think)! But when i try to upload video on to my site, it dont seems to work.
Every time i go to the last stept of upload, it'll redirect me back to stept 1 with no video being uploaded.

can anyone tell me what im doing wrong and what do i need to do to get this site working? plz plz plz

hello,

through my errors, make sure that you have ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php installed on your server and the paths are reading properly.
