I have installed it before. Did care too much for it. Mainly because it doesn't scale well. For every person who watches a video, you open several threads already with PHP and Apache. By adding this, you open additional threads in addition to one for the actual movie. Further, the script will run into problems if your server has any sort of PHP compression or caching (eAccelerator,Zend, ionCube, Mod Deflate, etc).
