Move my Bottom Banner

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me to move the banner at the bottom of the page, at present it sits very low down, and i'd like it to be directly below todays featured videos, any help greatly appreciated

Edit index.tpl file, search for the string Today's Featured Videos, add it above the starting div.

Thanks, sorted it now, had to get the code from footer.tpl and add it to the bottom of index.tpl
