MySQL server has gone away

Hello!

Whenever I try uploading a video using Import VIdeo or when I batch convert videos or do anything that involves the cronjob I get this error.

MySQL server has gone away

I will have to manually go to PHPMyAdmin and run the SQL query and it would work fine. I contacted my host, Apthost and they keep blaming the script and that there is nothing wrong with the MySQL server :!:

Edit the video_conversio.php(include/settings)

Use the following conversion command and upload new video

and then Login to admin area => process quee = > convert now (right clik and open in new window)
