progress bar trouble

Hi.
I followed the instruction in your wiki to enable progress bar. I get i script error and the browser just tries to open the .pl file and asks me if I want to save it on my computer.
I have dedicated server and perl i working fine.

Is there any problems regarding where the cgi-bin is residing? should I configure perl somewhere?
