Problem Loading Movie from index page

Am done with all step installation but i got problem at index page, at the page i see thumb with link to movie folder, but when i try to click that link i got error page not found, but if i go to admin page i can see the video and can played it. Need advice from any master here :D .

Like i have told you before at my other problem we put it at internal network, and we cannot put ip public anymore. maybe i can short my problem is how if i want to make a change on the link, so at the mainpage link will directly refer to file just like at admin.

It seems the problems with .htacess.Reupload the file and chcek it
