    Default Make Tag Field a Drop downs list

    It would be awesom to have the Tag Field on the video upload page be a selectable dropdown, this way we can prevent so many different tags from being created.

    You can limit the amount of tags that appears on the front page in the ACP.
    If it's not fun, stop doing it!
