Update the include components vshare uses

Just looking through the vshare include folder and noticed that vshare uses old versions of adodb and smarty.

adodb = version V3.40 7 April 2003
smarty = version 2.6.6 13-October-2004

The current versions out now are

adodb = version V4.94 23 Jan 2007 http://smarty.php.net/
smarty = 2.6.18 7-March-2007 http://adodb.sourceforge.net/

Admin would it be worth upgrading the components in future vshare releases as there are quite a few years worth of updates between them and i'm sure the latest versions will have many bug fixes, security fixes, better compatability, improved performance etc.

Just thought it might be something you would want to look at.

Smarty will be updated on next release.

adodb - we will be deleting this after next 2 release as we are not using it much.
