No Image on videos

Hello, can anyone tell me how to correct a no image on video ....the last 2 videos i uploaded did not show a image for the videos....just a small x....please advise thanks

if you upload video from your pc,

Login to vShare admin area = > Video Management = > All Videos = > select the video = > Create Thumb

Check the video in homepage.
