PLEASE HELP!

hello to all . i have installed the script etc .. when i try to upload i get a screen with >>

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: ffmpeg_movie in /home/sites/digital-xchange.co.uk/public_html/include/classes/class.video_duration.php on line 54

im unsure if i have installed ffmpeg,mplayer,mencoder and flvtool2 , i have uploaded them onto the server into folder usr/bin/ffmpeg , /mencoder , /flvtool2 and /mplayer.

but anything more im very unsure about .

any help mould be much appreciated.

a quick update . when i FTP my site the videos that i have tried to upload are in the video folder . but the error still appears on upload

according to the host im with its fully supported but i have no idea how to correctly install it .

If ffmpeg properly installed you can see in your phpinfo
