That is a fee assessed by Visa, not by ccbill. If you don't accept Visa (Mastercard, Amex, Discover only), then you don't have to pay that. I believe that is also for a private gateway to Visa. Anyone not assessing this charge to you is not in compliance with Visa's terms and puts your money at risk.

It's the percentage based fees I would be concerned with. 14+% is beyond a high risk fee. I come from a background in the gambling industry, which is also extremely high risk where credit cards are concerned, and I've never paid this much. I guess this is one instance where it pays to not be involved with porn. lol
