ERROR: Unable to execute query

Hi, I paid HostOnNet to install vShare on my server for me and have been getting this error when uploading videos... When this happens, the video and thumbnail appears in the public video list but won't play.

When I asked HostOnNet about it, they seemed to imply it's something I should fix on the server end.

MySQL server has gone away

MySQL server has gone away

This happen if your MySQL server is down. Do a search google, you will see reasons for this error.

As a total neophyte, I'm getting absolutely nothing out of such a recommendation... It's all Greek to me!

Simply, do you have an idea of what the problem is?

I haven't run into this problem with anything except vShare, and am getting really frustrated at how much work it takes to get this script working.

Any specific help would be appreciated.
