cirtex hosting messed up my site while moving it from another host, if i wanted to re-upload the script, could someone tell me witch files that i would not want to re-upload, that would contain my vids, customers ect.

Information on video and users are stored in MySQL database.

flvideo - Converted FLV files.
thumb - Thumbnails for videos.
video - Original videos uploded by user.
chimg - contains images for channels.

You need these folders (including files inside) and MySQL database to do a restore.

can i just leave the mysql database, and just upload and rewrite all files indevidually except the ones noted above,

MySQL database is very important, with out MySQL, it will not work.

yes but what i mean is just overwrite the files except the ones you have listed and use the same database

For your other post, it seems problem is with flvideo folder.

You can post your site url, so i can check why it is not working.

There is no need for reuploading any files, unless there is a reason for that, or you will be creating more problems.

my site url is http://www.showmeu.com, i think they may have part of it fixed now, but since sunday my site has been down and up with different problems each time, so i dont really trust them anymore, but you can take a look if you want to if you see its correct then i wont have to redo my site.
