Thread: Please dont prune the forum

Is this new forum having older posts pruned away?

There have been multiple instances lately where I wanted to search up an old post that had information in it that would be useful to me now. However, after doing several very detailed keyword searches, and even a few broad searches, I come up empty. It is as if the posts are just gone. If the forum is being pruned, please turn that feature off.

No posts are deleted, i think the problem is with phpBB 3, some times, it crash itself and need to delete "cache" folder.

This is why, when someone posts something signifigant, I copy and paste the code and instructions and save to a txt file on my harddrive and keep it with my original vShare download in a folder I call "documents".

I might have what you are looking for. What was the post about?
If it's not fun, stop doing it!

Thanks for the offer. I had gotten the most recent one resolved with a little testing. Can't recall what the others were. I just remember that there was a couple of times when I searched all I possibly could and came up empty. They're probably floating in Limbo somewhere, seen only by those who have the 6th e-sense.
